Job requirements
- Participates as core member of NPI team in all phases of project and new
products implementation.
-Prepares process documentation including standard work packages,
manufacturing instructions and process specifications in a visual format.
- Analyses and updates BOMs.
-Tracks failures, prepares root cause analysis reports and propose corrective
actions.
- Manages PCBA changes on the production line in accordance with design
changes.
- Develops standard work and manufacturing process documentation defining
the operation of the PCBA SMT equipment.
- Recommends and supports implementation of actions that drive continuous
improvement.
- Offers support to a variety of personnel including technicians, quality
engineers, inspectors, planners.
- Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metric
- Work with wider team to ensure timely resolution of all production issues.
Ensure absolute adherence to all Quality system, Company Safety System and
Lean System requirements.
- Supports process development and cost improvement activities within the
company
Qualifications and experience
Technical University: Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience in SMT processes.
Knowledge of SMT placement process, equipment and equipment
programming/optimization (preferable: Panasonic systems).
Knowledge of AOI equipment hardware & programming.
Understanding of electrical circuits schemes.
Basic knowledge of SMT equipment troubleshooting/maintenance.
Basic knowledge of IPC guidelines.
